Information for Placing Orders and Shipping:

  • Once your order has been placed online, you will receive an automatic email immediately confirming your order with an invoice attached.

  • This email will contain an invoice number at the top and a detailed list of your order (Eg ID234).
  • Please check it and notify us if you notice any discrepancies.
  • If you do not receive this email, contact us as soon as possible.
  • Your email address may have been typed incorrectly or this email may have been filter by a SPAM-blocker set on your email program.

  • We will send you banking details in order for you to do an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Unfortunately we do not accept credit card payments.  
  • We manufacture our nursery furniture and our manufacturing time is 4 weeks. Should you require it urgently, please let us know.  We might be able to assist.
  • Baby Buggz Travel Systems will be shipped to you within 1 – 5 working days, should we have stock available. 
  • Our furniture is all hand-made.

Return Policy:

  • We will not accept any returns on items, other than defective products.
  • Any damages must also be reported immediately (within 24 hours of delivery).
